Mugalicious Monday?

Well... Everyone else has cool days of the week... so I'm going to try this once...
Introducing Mugalicious Monday, bake stuff in your favorite longaberger mug! And just to add to the "M" theme, they're microwavable! (Which college kids -like me- LOVE)

Fudge Brownie Mix
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt

Directions: Mix together. (easy  huh? you can give this to people with a Longaberger Mug if you like, tie it in a baggie with a pretty bow and directions, I'm a college student, so microwavable is always nice)

Actual Brownie Recipe
Ingredients
2 (1oz.) squares of unsweetened chocolate
1 Tablespoon butter or margarine
Fudge Brownie Mix in Baggie
1 Small Egg
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
In your microwave safe mug, place your chocolate squares and butter, heat in microwave until  melted, melting at 15 second intervals (heat for 15 seconds, stir, if not all melted, heat again, this is to prevent the chocolate from burning, if you don't stir it you don't know when it's done and it will burn)
Stir Mixture until smooth, let cool slightly. Add fudge brownie  mix from baggie, egg, and vanilla. Stir Well.
Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes. Let cool. You can also add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and whipped topping on top.

(if you want... You can cook it in the oven, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes) Stumble Delicious Technorati Twitter Facebook
