Today I'm going to give you a red white and blue recipe in honor of the Inauguration. This Recipe for Chili Dip should be perfect for the cold weather if you serve it warm! (and It will stay warm in Longaberger! especially if you use a baking dish!
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
2 16-oz. cans chili (with beans and meat)
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 bag blue corn chips
Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch baking Dish. Pour chili onto cream cheese and spread shredded cheese on top. Heat in a 300-degree oven for about 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with big blue corn chips. Delicious!
Serves how many: 8 to 10
Takes how long to make: 15 to 20 minutes
Kid-friendliness rating: 7 (1 to 10, where 1= Won't eat it until after college and 10= They beg you to make it every night)
