I have one of the design a basket lunchboxes with my high school colors on it, and I use it constantly at school, It's almost back to school time for college kids, so here are some ideas you could use for your college bound kid (or for any student athlete you know)

- use in the car console to keep cell phones, i-pods, cds and other "essentials" handy

Cake Basket Uses
-The cake basket can be combined with two woven traditions square bowls and a cracker basket protecotr, or multiple cracker basket protectors to provide divided organization, separate pens, pencils, and highlighters.

More New Product

How about some more sneak peeks from bee 2009?

This is the foyer wall unit, it features three hooks, and two shelves, it is designed for the Medium Rectangle Sort and Store, Some assembly required.

This is the Wrought Iron Foyer Bench with WoodCrafts Top
This is reminiscent of a slightly shorter coffee table, which is what we will be using it for in my home, as we have a very small foyer. The bottom shelf can hold 2 Small rectangle storage baskets, the medium rectangle storage basket, or the Large rectangle storage basket, assembly required, but the instruction sheets are great.

Longaberger To-Go Braided Leather Hobo
(I want one!)
This is part of the "to-go" line, which means that it features black maple upsplints and nylon webbing weaves. this has a supple leather upper with a snapped tab closure

To go Braided Leather Satchel
A little bit bigger than the hobo, it also features black maple splints with nylon webbing weaves for durability the hardware is made from matte nickel. It zips closed and features both an interior pocket and a cell phone pocket.

Hostess Chestnut Carry All Basket
This basket holds laptops and files in style the base is slightly flared and has supple leather straps and brushed nickel hard ware it has a sturdy inside board bottom, outside reinforcement and metal feet (which is certainly more sturdy than my current laptop case which is just a longaberger fabric quilted purse)
2009 Holiday Hostess Large Snowflake Cookie Basket, in Red
Hostess exclusive The knob is laser engraved.

JW Longaberger inspired Fancy Pie, for anyone familiar with the American Home Pottery, you'll recognize the traditional JW braided trim, which JW Longaberger used on many of his baskets. He called these his "fancy baskets" and now you can have one for your collection!

News from the Bee

I have some of the new products for you! The Bee is Longaberger's big national convention where all the home consultant's are invited up to see new products and show ideas and big sales and hear news about the company. Awards are given out for sales and other recognitions, and folks always pass on info and pictures that they have taken while up there. I unfortunatly am unable to go this year, due to some sticky finances (remember, I'm still putting myself through college :) thankfully Longaberger helps me have some extra income)

This is the soup and sandwich plate which can be used for dips and chips/veggies, as well as that it interacts with the small crock, bowls, or just for kids who dislike their food to touch!
These are listed as $35 in the new wishlist.
The basket behind it is featured in the new Chestnut weave pattern.

Napkin Rings

Peppermint inclusion candle
Small business card
(available until February)

2 Pie Server

Bread Carrier Basket (note the sealed lidded protector)
Cookie Platter (and in the background you can see the snowflake patterned mug, and the snowflake basket)

Oval Muffin Basket

Oval Diamond basket: combines a diamond shaped base with an oval top, as well as our new Chestnut color
Small Recipe basket

\
(A MUST HAVE) This is the new muffin pan, it is unglazed on the bottom for even heating, but glazed in the woven traditions colors on the top for easy clean up!

The bright colors are back! Mugs and bowls available

Autumn leaves Large market weave pattern (this weave pattern is available in other baskets as well) available september only! Features Merlot, Spice and Maple Leaf Yellow Weaving, Merlot lid available as well
Look for more updates in the coming days as I get the time to put it all up!
